Her mission is to build lasting relationships by helping clients make informed real estate decisions with confidence while delivering exceptional service, strategic negotiation, and long-term value.
Tatyana combines extensive market knowledge with firsthand experience in luxury real estate ownership, investment, and property management. As Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Blue Jay Partners, a private luxury real estate investment company, she oversees the acquisition, management, and operation of luxury residential investment properties. Having personally owned, managed, and invested in luxury real estate, she understands the market not only as a Realtor, but also as an owner and investor, providing clients with firsthand insight into buying, selling, investing, managing luxury properties, and building long-term wealth through real estate.
Dedicated to professional excellence, Tatyana completed advanced luxury real estate training through the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing and earned the Accredited Luxury Home Specialist (ALHS) designation through the Luxury Home Council. These credentials reflect her commitment to providing the highest level of expertise, marketing, and personalized service to buyers and sellers of luxury properties.
Tatyana holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing with a minor in Psychology. She believes understanding people is just as important as understanding the market, and her educational background has strengthened her communication, negotiation, and client advocacy skills.
Before beginning her real estate career, Tatyana enjoyed a successful career with Ford Models, representing internationally recognized luxury brands including Chanel, Christian Dior, and Neiman Marcus. Her experience in luxury fashion and branding
developed a keen eye for presentation, marketing, and exceptional client service—skills she now applies to showcasing distinctive properties and creating memorable client experiences.
Fluent in English and Russian, Tatyana enjoys working with clients from diverse backgrounds and believes that trust, integrity, discretion, and personalized service are the foundation of every successful relationship.
Outside of real estate, Tatyana enjoys spending time with her family, especially making memories with her daughter. She also has a passion for gardening, playing tennis, and caring for her Toyger cats. Through her social media, she shares luxury real estate, investing, beautiful gardens, and the lifestyle that inspires her both personally and professionally.
